Carolina Custom Homes and Remodeling is owned and operated by Greg and Dawn Butcher of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Greg moved to the Outer Banks when he was 14 and started his career of building and remodeling homes on the Outer Banks at the age of 16. Dawn is a North Carolina certified real estate agent and has been assisting buyers and sellers on the Outer Banks since 2006.
Growing up with a father who was also a builder, Dawn developed the passion and skill for hands on work and can be found side by side with her husband on every aspect of their construction business. We purchased a home that was built and lived in by the Butchers. One contingency of the sale was for them to install new filter cloth along the bulk head and to do it to industry standards. We havr had issues with sink holes since the purchase. When we asked them about it, they laughed in our face! They are refusing to accept any responsibility for the shoddy work. We shall see what a judge has to say!
Run in the other direction if you see these people. They have no integrity whatsoever!
