I would give zero stars if possible! Thought it would be nice mother daughter time. They rush you and ask several times if you have been there before. We said no which I guess they assumed we didn't know anything about how the nail process works, we asked for gel nail polish and when they get done with my toes and my daughters nails I notice they are not taking the steps for the gel nails. I ask if it was gel polish they said you never asked for gel when in fact I said gel when I booked the appointment. So they had to redo the nails and scolded us the hole time! Horrible experience! My finger got infected after getting a basic manicure from here. I had never had a problem with them as far as a pedicure. This picture is after taking antibiotics for five days. It got worse. I ended up having a bad infection in my finger that required an incision. They had to cut the infection out. I called them today to let them know what happened and she asked me to come up their around 5pm to let her see my nail. I don’t reside in North Carolina, The side of my finger has an open wound that is not healed up, so I’m not opening my bandages so that you can see my nail. I can provide you

I went to this nail salon to get acrylics for the first time. Firstly, I picked out a darker lavender color for my nails and when the nail tech began to put it on it was bubblegum pink. I asked if this was the same color that I picked out and she confirmed. I pointed out that it looked a lot different than the model nail and she just said it’s the same color and continued to paint my nails and process them. Since I haven’t had acrylics before I didn’t tell her at the right stage that I wanted a design, so I was also left with no design. I walked out of the salon with bubblegum pink nails

I've gone here a few times and they keep getting worse and charging more money. I wanted a manicure, with acrylic nails and pedicure with regular nails polish. But when i asked if she was gonna do my cuticles, cuticle oil, the hand massage, etc. she said it was gonna be $25-30 more and still charged me a ridiculous amount for F up nails

First time I went in, the owner ranted and raved about how they don't take walk-ins because they want to be able to get those with an appointment time in at their designated time slot without having them wait forever. Great - that was the whole reason I found a new salon, so I was pleased about that. My initial visit there, they talked about how thick my nails looked from the previous salon, yet I left with THICKER nails at Villa Nail Spa! What the heck? I gave them the benefit of the doubt though and went back for a second time. Second time I went in after making an appointment well in advance

My mother and I came here on a whim after finding some of our usual nail places pretty crowded. There was no wait and we both got the Villa pedicures. It was heavenly! The villa pedicure came with a hot wax dip and hot stone massage that was amazing. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep!
The salon itself is gorgeous and very classy. The man working said they opened not long before the pandemic, so everything is very new. He also said they encourage appointments but can accomodate walk ins, but making an appointment is so worth it! I highly recommend this place!

My first and last visit to this place. I arrived at 4:30pm and needed to get a mani pedi which was not possible because they started me at 5pm ( I had to pick up my kids by 6pm) which I was totally ok with until the owner told me " It would be nice that when you come and get your pedicure you can relax and don't have to hurry" I replied yes I know but I have to pick up my children and I waited a while before I got started to which he replied "It's not like you are going to walk in and be serviced right away there's at least a 10min wait." Will not return. First and only visit. The woman who did my nails (dip manicure) was so quick and rushed through. I had to ask her to trim around my cuticles. Manicure must only mean trim nails. After they were dipped, nails weren’t filed and pieces were coming off also has dip residue left all over my hands and they weren’t cleaned off. She got an attitude when I kindly pointed out they did not look good. Grabbed my hands in a rough way. Filed them quickly again. Slammed the scrubber in the sink and told me they looked that way because I didn’t wash them after she was done. Totally rude

I should've just went to my usual salon. This place looks nice but I should've left after she cut me because she was so rough and had no concern. The nails are thick and have random dips in them. They started lifting not even a week later. I am very concerned that the stuff that was put on my cut was/is being used on others as it was in contact with my blood.

I went in requesting a polish change and the staff clearly didn't want to perform the services. She tells me to choose a color then as I start looking at the colors she picks up the book and says I can look while at the table. Once I sit down she says "it'll be a $30" for a polish change which is clearly an outrageous price. If you don't want to service someone just say that when they walk in the door. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

This " Spa Pedicure " was finished in about 20 minutes. Nothing about the experience here was impressive. Definitely not going back.

Tried a new nail salon a few months ago I absolutely love the people and especially the great service. Lota is an amazing lady From the time you walk in you are treated like royalty. I was so impressed I bought gift certificates for my friends as gifts so they can try and enjoy a relaxing time like I did. Also the place I thought was decorated by an interior decorator. It was decorated by Tony Try this establishment you will not be disappointed

I went to get a pedicure last week, it was mediocre. I went for the cheapest option when I usually go all out at other salons( so gave Benefit of the doubt due to price I paid) today, I went back for a full set, opted for gel and requested a manicure too since my cuticles looked bad. I asked for a rounded natural nail and ended up with almond or, what could be almond. They are all uneven. My first and last time going to this place!! I literally went in at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 8pm. Pedicure was okay. Waited to get my nails done (optional) in which I figured it wouldn't take long for her to do a fill in. Needless to say it took forever because she stopped doing my nails 3-4 times;to polish other customers toes, went to the front for people to check out( someone was already there to do that task) and to help clean. I didn't know how bad a needed a pedicure until Yasmin started removing all the dead skin I admit it was a new experience for me and I am so happy now with results and will definitely go back to maintain this feeling. I had the Villa pedicure and used their website coupon to save 4 dollars. I highly recommend Yasmin as your technician as she was very thorough with her technique. If your putting it off go soon. They are located over by Olive Garden in Monroe .

This salon is wonderful. I called for an appointment with short notice and was accommodated very quickly. Friendly and smiling staff. VERY clean and beautifully decorated inside. Peaceful. Lora did my full set and it was perfect. Best I’ve ever had. Yazmin did my pedicure. Also amazing. Owner very kind and hard working also. Would recommend and will be back.
