We have been delighted to have Graham Management manage our property for many years now! We arrived at our rental 3 hours ago. Dirty towels piled on the floor, dirty sheets piled on the beds dirty kitchen and dirty bathrooms. I have emailed no response. I have called multiple times but rental emergency voice mail box is full. You would think on Presidents’ Day weekend they would check their messages. Tired kids going to grocery store to get laundry detergent and looking for another place to stay👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We have owned a vacation home in Harbor Springs for several years and have used Graham Management to rent and manage our property. They have continually gone above and beyond our expectations! From furnishing an a/c unit when we had a very hot spell or replacing a tv which suddenly wouldn’t work ...these are just a couple of the things they happily did to keep our renters and us happy . We highly recommend Graham and look forward to many more years of worryfree vacation homeownership.

My wife and I stayed in Habor Springs and mistakenly rented an apartment a day short. We were stuck with out a rental on a Friday night. We stopped in Graham and were helped by the manager Makayla. She could not have been more kind and understanding. She found us an apartment with in our budget. Our apartment was in town with an excellent view on the lake. Thank you Graham Management and Makayla Andrews for saving our trip. We will work with Graham on our next rental.

Key Lime Cottage, 1264 Fern Ave - zero stars. This cottage was not ready to be rented - half painted walls, exposed insulation, broken toilet in passageway, promised bicycles were old and broken, outdoor dining table unsanitary and dirty and NO CHAIRS even available and much more "holiday crushing" unpleasantness. Shame on owners but bigger shame on Graham Mgnt and their manager who would neither return phone calls nor solve problems. Negative stars for Graham. 7-8/2018. Even had to move and rent a second cottage to entertain guests and have a vacation without Graham. Important note - Graham told
