I applied for mortgage in a few places, starting with online mortgage companies, and my home bank. Online mortgage company A declined because the loan amount was not big enough. Online company B frowned upon my somewhat irregular income pattern (even though I had stable annual income and had a high credit score). The home bank (applied online) took forever to respond. I had never heard of SecurityNational, but since there was a local office, I contacted them. After that, everything went amazingly well. Cynthia contacted me promptly and kept good communication. She explained everything very clearly

Cynthia and her team are incredible. Working long hours on our purchase chasing down the lowest possible interest rates, crunching numbers to get us the lowest down payment for the least amount of out of pocket expense until our current residences sold.
