Dave and his staff have walked me through so many questions and situations during the change over process. They are still coming to my aid, not because of eq. problems, but I failed to list the process or steps needed to complete a task. Dave of DGS has helped me several times with computer problems. I met him in Shalotte, NC where he worked with me on the setup of a laptop for my mother. I liked his work so much that I have used his remote support program on my computor in Charlotte, NC. This remote access is so easy. He gets a password over the phone or email, and then he works from within the computer. He does a great job.
