Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances .He calibrated my oven and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He also showed my why the freezer light was not working and gave me the part number so I could order it and install it myself. I highly recommend Dave's Appliances. The price was reasonable and fair.

My standard disclaimer now that I have a kid and one on the way is I don't write reviews nearly as much as I use to due to time. But when I run across a small business that more than deserves a review I do my best to complete one.
My maybe 5.5 yr old washer started smoking over the weekend. We made arrangements for Dave to come out as our regular appliance person hadn't responded. Dave was on time, knowledgeable and just gave me the facts! Our washer was toast! The parts would have cost more than a new one. THEY DONT USE YELP SO CALL THEM
I tried on yelp and the other guys gave me boiler plate responses and I was looking for some details. I didn't want someone coming out and charging me a service fee if they couldn't fix it or didn't have the right parts. Dave, from Dave's appliance called me back within a few hours and talked me thru everything. I felt comfortable to have him come out and he did a great job. don't waste your time with the rest... start here

Dave was extremely professional and provided good, honest work. There are a lot of service providers who would take advantage of people, but Dave has a lot of integrity. He was communicative, punctual, and worked quickly. He was also taking precautions against covid and wore a mask during the entire appointment. Unfortunately the part we needed for our 20+ year old washer was no longer being manufactured, but Dave went out of his way to recommend the makes and models of washing machines he would recommend as well as a local business for us to purchase a refurbished appliance that would last us

Christmas week is probably the worst time to have an appliance problem, but Dave was available to repair my dishwasher the day following my call. Unfortunately, my water heater started leaking the same day I called Dave. Dave was scheduled to come in the afternoon and the plumber was available to come first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. I thought the time frame for the two appointments was safe because our last water heater had been installed in a couple of hours . That didn't happen. The plumber ran into problems. I called Dave to reschedule fearing he wouldn't be able to

Very nice service. Did a quick fix replacing the oven heating element and had the part on hand. Also cleaned the stove burners as a courtesy and now they all work again. :-) Thanks again, Dave. Highly recommend.

Overall had a great experience with Dave and my washer repair. He was very prompt in responding to my phone call and was able to quickly come out to repair my washer. Prices were very reasonable, and his estimate was on target. Very happy with the service, I would highly recommend. Next time I need an appliance repair guy, he'll be the person I call.
