Stay away from her. She has an attitude, acts like you should bow down to her and refuses to even give you a letter for employer stating you are off work for treatment.
“Neurosurgeon Denise Crute left Colorado in 2005 after admitting to four serious mistakes (including wrong-side surgeries on patients’ brain and spine) and left Illinois several years after that, when the state medical board concluded that she made three more serious mistakes (including another wrong-side spine surgery).
She has been sued in Illinois back in 2018 and lost

Dr. C is very skilled, thorough and understanding. I wanted to extend/save my knee from total replacement with ablation of the nerves Dr. C is gentle, careful and is keeping me from experiencing severe and worsening pain in my knee. Stay AWAY!! You can find more professional staff at McDonalds. Everything from the receptionists complaining about patients to the doctor criticizing the treatment plan of a local board certified Rheumatologist with 30+ years of experience & defaming his impeccable reputation! Joe (aka Doctor) lacks compassion, understanding and basic kindness. He referred to by diagnosis as “a bunch of garbage” that he cannot do anything about. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They have everything, massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic and doctors. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and they truly care about you. During my first experience with them in 2016, I ended up in the hospital. They sent me flowers. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have tried to make an appointment at this place and have received mixed information. I signed a release so they could get the "required" recommendation from my doctor, but then I NEVER heard ANYTHING back from them... NOTHING. Apparently they were stringing me along.
So I contacted them a few weeks later, after having gone to the ER 3 times in the last 10 days, and getting to the point that I am screaming in pain, getting stuck in the bathtub for 4 hours, getting stuck on the floor, and having to crawl around my house because the pain is so bad. I am presently receiving physical therapy on my right ankle that I had broken the last part of 2018 . It healed but is very weak and has pain when I walk on it. So doctor wants me to do physical therapy to strengthen it before a possibility of surgery. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and will work as much as they can so you have a good session. If I was to rate them on a 1 to 10 scale I would give them a 10.

Everyone at RPM is kind and patient with me. I have Fibromyalgia and sometimes I just can't do some of the exercises. Or I wasn't able to come in due to bad days and I would call in to cancel my appointments. Nobody ever complained or made me feel badly about it. I will be coming back for more physical therapy in the fall for my back. Also their injections helped me immensely in my knees. Going to try them in my back again in the fall. Now I have spinal stenosis in my neck and have migraines so I am sure I will need something for that too. Thank you especially to Steve he was my favorite Physical

I saw them advertise on FaceBook for a free lunch and seminar on Pain Management. I have chronic lower back pain and neuropathy. I called a friend in Janesville, who was facing knee surgery on both knees, after exhausting all other treatment options. We went for the lunch at a local restaurant (delicious) and signed up for a private, individual consultations at their clinic the next week. We came back, they gave us the free consultations and performed a benefits review. I have never received a bill; they made sure everything was covered. I learned of this place on Facebook . They run an advertisement for massage therapy study.I made an appointment and came in the receptionist asked me for my insurance card I told her that I was under the impression that it was a study and it would be free to which she replied that it was free they would not charge my insuranceI had a consultation and we made another appointment the day before my appointment receptionist called and said I needed a referral so they could use my insurance. I believe The advertisement was misleading and I believe that is a poor practice for a medical facility.
