Aerial East Gymnastics was officially established in 2009. Just over 7 years later we moved into our current state of the art facility. We offer a wide range of recreational and competitive gymnastics and tumbling programs for gymnasts of all ages and levels. First, we would like to thank you for considering to expand your child's horizons through involving them in the sport of gymnastics.

Services
This program is dedicated to children under the age of 5 and aims to introduce various forms of movement to each child while helping them prepare for kindergarten. The goals of the program are to improve physical awareness and basic coordination while fostering socialization of children and teaching them to listen, pay attention, and follow simple commands.
Immediate enrollment is available for any class with the enroll link. Please call 804-723-5264 to be placed on the waiting list other class times as this is the best way to get into class. This parent and child course will introduce your toddler to rolling, jumping, and having fun while teaching parents to aid in their child's safety, a skill that may come in handy the first time your child flips off the couch.
Men's/Women's Pre-Team: Participation in our pre-team program is by invitation of our Aerial East Gymnastics Coaching Staff. This select group of students is geared for gymnasts between the ages of 4 and 10 that have shown the attitude and aptitude we feel necessary for our Aerial East Competitive Team.
Aim High Pole Vault Club LLC was started to improve the quality of the pole vault in the state of Virginia. We firmly believe that the pole vault is the greatest sport in the world and we want to teach it to you! We focus on long-term skill development to help you reach your goals past the high school level and as our former vaulters' improvements will show, we believe that there are no shortcuts in learning to pole vault properly.
Free if used as a make up class: Must call to pre-register if using as a make up. If using the customer portal to schedule a make up you will not see open gym as an option. Please call to schedule. In the summer, we offer weekly camps. During the school year we offer day camps on most week days that Hanover County Public Schools are closed.
