The Name Rosa Negra is Spanish for Black Rose. The name surged out of uniqueness. Like naturally grown black roses are a rarity; so is Rosa Negra Tattoo. We pride ourselves in our uniqueness and celebration of our natural talents. Rosa Negra Tattoo is a tattoo studio that is striving to inspire the community that surrounds it.
Rosa is the product of the unity of brothers Andres and Sebastian. We want to change the way tattoo shops are perceived. The objective is to provide the client base an experience, as well as to have an art piece on their body. Amazing experience with great artists, booked an appointment (at their temporary shop set up in Tampa) for matching tattoos with my grandma. These brothers were so nice and made the experience very comfortable! This was my first tattoo and Sebastian talked me through everything in detail beforehand also my grandma has other tattoos and said he was very gentle compared to other artists. Sebastian was very accommodating with our design and worked in a very clean manner, we are super happy with how they came out and definitely would recommend them!

My tattoo artist was Sebastian he is really professional and helpful when it comes to creating a tattoo design, he always meets the needs and wants of the client. His station is really clean. I had a 7 hour session and he made me feel really comfortable and I was so in awe once I saw the finished the product. I would definitely recommend going to him for any tattoos.

Ando helped an idea of mine come to life. He was willing able to bring the artistic opinion and ability to the table to ensure I was satisfied. Other tattoo shops have treated me as a walk-in trying to pressure… a same day tattoo but Rosa Negra Tattoo really gave me their undivided attention throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with the end result.

I first met Andres at Ink and Iron in California and have been coming to see him ever since. For four years, I've flown from Vegas to Miami to get work done by him because I know that his work isn't something that just anybody can do. He's an artist, has an eye for detail, and takes a lot of pride in his work.
If you live in Florida and you don't get work done by him, you're not taking advantage of your resources. He is the best I've ever worked with. Go get you one.

3 Namibias walked in .... and found great friendliness in super professional guys, that had a feel for the environment and in there art. The plight for the Elephant and the poaching for their ivory.
We walked out .... so happy with our new "ink" .... Andre's was incredible in the detail/shading of this work/art !

Andres does amazing work! He is so nice and great at explaining everything and reassuring me. This was my first tattoo so I was scared it was going to hurt, but he was so fast and gentle I felt pretty much no pain at all! We discussed design, color, and size and the tattoo came out great! So cute for my first piece! I also really love the Wynwood area and the shop. Everything was so clean with super cool decor and a nice inviting ambiance! I also got a greet bumper sticker which I am really excited about! I took a trip to Miami with my boyfriend for our 5 year anniversary and this is a great little

This is by far the best tattoo shop I have ever gone into. Andres did an amazing job on my piece, he was very patient and answered any and all questions I had. He was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in any large amount of pain, made wonderful conversation and he is a great guy. I found Rosa Negra Tattoo by looking around online and through instagram. Checked out Mikey's work and was an instant fan! I was going to be visiting from CA so I emailed to set up an appointment for myself and a friend while there which was super easy to do. Mikey was friendly and nice, really great artist and his work is incredible! He gave me exactly what I was looking for and tweaked it around to what I wanted. I LOVE my new tattoo and so does my friend. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in Miami! :)

Alberto and Pablo really could put together what we had in mind and made a neat and great job. They actually let us enjoy the world cup game and even provided us with the cream to take care of our tattoos. The service, music and the artists attitude are priceless...
We highly recommend them since they are an amazing crew...
We will surely come back and repeat this awesome experience and complete our bodies designs.
By the way, Lola is lovely and beautiful!!

Great place! My husband and myself got our first tattoos done by Andres. He was very patient and welcoming. Explained everything there was to know about the process and care. Let me start off by saying this place is so clean and professional looking you won't think to go else where and John did a great job with my tattoo on my wrist the only down fall I saw was that the price was bit steep, I was in there for about 20 mins and was charged $80 for something the size of 3 nickels. Overall great place just know that your gonna be paying a bit much but your getting good quality tattoos.

Andres made the most amazing tattoo on my arm and i couldn't be happier about it. I had many ideas and i was confused so he showed me many designs and listened to me carefully and was so patient with me and the result is even better than i expected.
