Just purchased an Excel 2472 CC from them this past Friday and it is awsome. I drove 6 hours to get to them and had numerous phone conversation and emails with Jim in the sales department. When I got there everything we discussed was complete with no problems. They helped me in every way possible and still take time to answer questions for me after getting my money.

I called Mike in service to discuss the $200 dollar charge to wire the headlights on my boat. The problem was the headlights didn't work properly and I thought by increasing the ga. of the wire that would solve the problem. The head lights would kick off after 10-15 minutes due to a bad breaker. Mike's team did re-wire the lights the way they were asked.
Mike said the job was to wire the lights which they did and not to make sure they worked. Also, during the process the back light was disconnected from the spade.
I was just looking to get some of the money back due to a sloppy job. I was told

I was in the market for a SeaArk "Big Easy". I reached out to Frank and he got me exactly what I was looking for even though SeaArk was way behind in production. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a new 2020 Sea Ark ProCat 240. I purchased many extras for the boat (spending $80,000 at this place) and was told that they were able to do all the work to install. I was also told it would take 2-3 weeks for them to have it ready. 2 months later, after many phone calls and basically nagging them and no return phone calls and multiple trips (107 miles one way) I finally got my boat, but with numerous issues. I have tried calling with no return calls to address the issues, so I finally made another trip to

I called to inquire about having a fish finder installed on my boat. I was calling to find out how much an install would cost. I instead was told how busy they are right now with installs. Dude was rude and not helpful. Answered the phone with a very impatient tone.
Just so everyone knows, they are backed up 3 weeks so please stop giving them business. I do think he was happy that I didn't ask for an appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeff Jones and Jim Hopper both have continued to try and get out of performing warranty repairs. They will blatantly lie about what repairs are being done, only to find out nothing has been done.
Bought a brand new boat from them and started having issues with it from day 1. Had to make multiple 4 hour round trips to have it serviced, and every time they failed to fix it and would have some excuse. Have filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well.
Don't waste your money dealing with this dealership, especially Jeff Jones or Jim Hopper.
