Very nice man but lost comforter (they replaced), lost chain on shirt, stains not treated on clothes, forgot to return clothes...Really wanted it to work and needed the help with 2 special needs kids at home...cannot recommend.

I cannot say enough about this service I have used for many years! Sometimes I use them frequently and then other times there are gaps. It doesn't matter, I place my Premier Pick-up bag on the porch on the designated day and they are there! When I see they picked up without a call, it makes me smile. This last service, they kindly packaged and returned with my blouse, a special pin I had on my collar. It was in a clearly marked envelope attached to the garment. Still smiling! This review is misleading, because while we lived in Green Bay our service was awesome. However we moved 6 months ago, and after numerous attempts to get them to cancel the reminder phone calls, I thought I would resort to this. The weekly calls are bordering on harrassment.

I've been using Premier Express for the last year. I used to hate the fact of having to get things Dry Cleaned now I have everything always perfectly ready to go because of Premier Express. They pick up the dry cleaning at my house and deliver it back for pretty close the same price as I would have paid anyways. This business should be all over the country!!!!

I've used this service for two years and the convenience is second to none. The pricing is fantastic as well. I don't understand why anyone would bring their clothes in when there is a service like this in town. All the convenience of big city services here in town.
