Appallingly horrible customer service. Woman I spoke to knows nothing, is rude, couldn't answer basic questions, and asked for my email address four times in one conversation. Asked if I had ever ordered from them before after I told her I had just ordered the MeshGuard. Every question I asked, I could hear her eyes rolling, and her disdain for the customer and her job, as well as ignorance in her voice. If this were my company she would be fired instantly.

The product itself seems OK but I haven't installed it yet.
