After living in a rural area for 40 years, I decided to install a water softener after seeing the benefits that my son experienced after he installed one. I cannot say enough good things about this company. After pipe, appliance and skin/hair issues due to hard water plus a scary review of our area's water quality report, I knew we needed a soft water and water filtration system. I checked the usual places people mention - Costco, Culligan, etc. and was not comfortable with the cost or what I was hearing from the sales people. This review is long overdue, but I am glad that I waited to see how the system worked before commenting. It's been a year since I have the 1.0 cf Eco Twin Water Filter and softener system installed. I learned the hardway that Elk Grove is notorious for hard water after purchasing the house. Four months in with new faucets and they were stained with build-up and looked they they have been in used for years. After the water softening system is installed, I see a noticeable difference. I highly recommend this company and its products. We moved into a house that had an existing water softener and it stopped working a few months later. Brenda thoroughly explained the benefits of having a water softener. Installation was done quickly and neatly. The overview provided was plain and easily understood. I can definitely feel the difference with the water: no more hard water stains, laundry is cleaner, and skin feels amazing! Brenda was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I told her I'm not sure where is my main water pipe and she looked around and showed me where they will drill. On the day of the installation, Calvin and his guy showed up on time.
After an hour or so, they told me they drilled the wrong side of the garage (this is the same place that Brenda showed me) because the water main pipe was on the other side. They finished installing at the correct side, but they did a bad job in filling the holes that they drilled wrong. I wished they confirmed the correct location before drilling two big

I got a water softener and whole house filtration system installed in 2018 from the water hook up. I noticed in the summer of 2019 that I had to go out almost everyday and reset the GFCI switch so that the system would work. I sent an email to Brenda and she responded quickly and told us that we're close to needing an annual service and sent over her husband to check out the system and find out what was wrong. It turned out that the outlet that was installed was a faulty outlet and it needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge a service fee for this but he decided to waive the fee after

We just put in a Reverse Osmosis System under our kitchen sink. We are so very happy with the system and service we received. Brenda was very helpful and informative about the system over the phone and Calvin was fantastic as well. Calvin arrived on time, very professional, did great work! We expected the system to take up all of the space under our sink but it fit great, and there was plenty of room for our other items to fit.
