I highly recommend them to anyone. The dentist is superb and so is the hygienist and staff. They take time and you never feel any pain. I've been with then about 5 years now I believe and am glad I finally have a good dentist. The staff here is great! Very unprofessional scheduling staff.
I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience this morning at the office. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m. As requested, they had sent an email a few weeks ago to send in paperwork showing patient information and insurance. When I first originally scheduled my appointment back in June, I was told it would be easier if I could forward it via email so that way I wouldn't have to do it in the office and they wouldn't have to wait for me to complete it. A couple weeks later I had to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict

Parkwood Dental is amazing. The customer service is second to none, and it ls always a pleasure going in for my visits. My Hygienist Nicole is so amazing. Every time that I see her she is very welcoming, and does an amazing job on my teeth! I am a very happy customer, and will always come back to Parkwood and my hygienist Nicole!!

I have been going to Dr. Hernandez and Parkwood Dental for 11+ years… I just had another great experience at his 26th St. office. I am in the risk category for Covid so I have been away from the office for over a year !! Dr Hernandez Jr and his wonderful dental staff did a thorough exam and great cleaning. His office staff were so kind to squeeze… me in and his business office staff gave me their first time patient special rate when My insurance came back not covering my cleaning !! Great skilled care and great customer service !! I definitely would recommend this office to take care

Parkwood Dental is fantastic for all your dental needs! I'm getting Invisalign and so excited about getting started.
The team is phenomenal! I was impressed with professionalism from front desk to assistants and doctor. The girls made it so easy And were up front about my treatment and payment options.
While I normally don't like the dentist, I'm actually looking forward to coming back!
