As a woman of color, I was initially hesitant pursuing laser hair removal. Even after being told during my research, that lasers today are much more advanced and safer for all skin types, I was still scared to move forward. Dr. Challa and his staff are very professional and pleasurable. Dr. Challa explained my condition, options for procedures and lifestyle changes for improvement in a manner that was easy to comprehend. The staff was very attentive to post procedure questions. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Challa and his staff provide when caring for their patients. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Challa and I can say his professionalism, knowledge, and care of his patients is his top priority. He and his staff are personable and loving to their patients. I was desperate when I called Dr. Challa’s office. I had seen multiple doctors regarding my condition and no one offered me any help or relief. I have had the best experience with Dr. Challa and his whole staff! They are all so welcoming and make you feel like your the most important patient there! I had 4 procedures done over the summer to fix my veinous reflux that was causing me extreme pain. I am six weeks out and feeling no pain whatsoever! First, I would like to thank Dr. Hardy for being the first doctor to truly listen to me when I said something was wrong. The following day Dr. Hardy made me an appointment with Dr. Challa, who was so nice and sincere and gave my symptoms validation. Doc and his staff are incredible!! I came to Dr. Challa with some lower extremity swelling. As a Endurance Athlete I was very concerned with any surgery that might have any negative affect the blood flow to my legs. They put my concerns at ease and one year later my legs are stronger then they have ever been. I can't say enough about how supportive and accommodating the staff are!!
