Al has worked for Darrah's since Sept 2004. Al is responsible for all duties concerning our storage lot. He also operates a flatbed tow truck, our off road equipment, the end loader and car crusher. Al has been married to DeeAnn for 24 years! They have 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grand daughter.

There are a couple things I would like to clear up 1st of all when a car here gets impounded it doesn't immediately go and get sold at auction they don't do auctions the cars will eventually get crushed after all the paperwork is filled because the sstate requires itmust do it they will not allow it to be sold 2nd of all if a vehicle is not in your name it is state law that you cannot get it even if the person is in the hospital this this is a great company to work for and a great company a great company to get told by I used to work there and they are some of the best people you could have tow

Called six other tow companies before calling Farrahs only because they were in Hiawatha and I was bear the airport. All others either refused business or just hung up the phone. Darrahs was there shortly after I called and dropped off my vehicle at a repair shop and the entire process took less than an hour. The driver was courteous and respectful as well. Will use again regardless of location.

My friend got in a bad situation and got her car stuck up on a curb and stuck on a giant rock. We called this company and we are so glad we did. Scott came out and was super professional and got us out as fast as he could. He was super nice and understanding of the fact we were two teenage girls and had no idea what to do. He even was able to pop her bumper back into place temporarily so she could drive home. If I ever need a tow company again I would definitely call this one and ask for Scott. Scott definitely made our night a whole lot better!!
