I used Oja Express for the first time last week when I wanted to prepare a traditional Nigerian dish (pepper soup) but was pressed to find ingredients nearby where I live in South Loop, Chicago. I ordered goat meat, tripe, habanero peppers, traditional spices, and some palm wine. All of the ingredients were fresh, clearly labeled, and packaged neatly. On top of that, prices are extremely fair and their selection is huge. The delivery came right at the beginning of the window as I had requested and the gentleman who brought them was very kind and professional.

This is the first time I used Oja Express. The app was easy to use and the delivery was early. I was making Kaldereta, a filipino stew and my recipe uses goat meat. I ordered close to 10 pounds. It is hard to get goat meat in Lincoln Park and usually I have to go to Devon and then find parking. This was very convenient and the quality was great. I also ordered peppers and the produce was good.
If you are looking for African ingredients as well, they have all the staples. I am definitely going to order from Oja again.
