Because life and leadership depend on a natural, healthy, back-and-forth flow of energy and ideas (just like the back-and-forth flow of water in an estuary!) At Estuary, we want aspiring and established leaders to have everything needed to create that kind of flow - in the workplace or school, at home, in relationships, and out in your community.

Marybeth Cale, Certified Life Coach and Meditation/Mindfulness Teacher, has been enthusiastically serving in leadership roles since her days as president of her high school class! After receiving a BA in Sociology from St. Mary's College of Maryland, she worked as a college admissions counselor for her alma mater, traveling extensively to give presentations, and educate prospective students, parents, and high school guidance counselors.

Run, do not walk, to one of Marybeth's seminars. Not only are they incredibly insightful, thought-provoking and applicable in real-world situations, but they are downright fun. Marybeth is a wonderful presenter whose infectious good humor made our session on work-life alignment lively and fun. Through her thoughtful comments and suggestions, Marybeth generated ideas to help make life more manageable and fulfilling.

Marybeth is an amazing speaker whose contagious enthusiasm and passion are evident the moment she walks through the door. She attended our team meeting to speak to our group of about 25 high school girls who were involved in planning and participating in a fashion show. Marybeth conducted a presentation she titled: "The Beauty from Within: Confidence to Make you Shine".
