Scheduled a service appointment 4 weeks in advance. Rode the 65 miles each way to keep it. Why? The service at this shop are second to none. Leif is honest and straightforward on the maintenance and repair arena. And the parts department has a good stock on hand. Sales is mellow and not pushy. Great family owned shop!

Had some issues with my bike while out here in California, and Chris at Riding High Harley-Davidson made some calls and steered me to Lief here at Gunnink’s HD, and I must say, that they treated me like a long time friend. They stayed late, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. They are truly a perfect example of how great the Harley-Davidson family is.

We just stopped to get a couple shirts but what a surprise! A small museum of vintage bikes. Some perfectly restored, some in original condition. Some even for sale.
What a staff! We were treated like royalty even though we were just getting shirts. They gave us bottled water (it was hot) too. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely stop by!

Stephanie & Savanna were wonderful hostesses today. Passing thru from Arizona, we stopped to do a little shopping. These ladies took the time to tell us a more eventful route than we were planning. PLUS gave some local info on a great burger joint in Fort Bragg AKA Jenny’s Giant Burger. Looking forward to tomorrow when we can put their knowledge sharing to the test.

I like to say that I had a great experience with Gunninks Harley Davidson. I was looking for a Road glide special black on black.. Called on a Saturday. Talked to Emily one of the owners... She said come on up. They opened up for me on Sunday . I bought the bike . Met her husband Leif.. Treated me like family.. Went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed for the adjustments I needed to make my bike fit me. I want to thank Emily Leif owners. Tara the finance person. Kevin in parts , Jason in service.. Couldn’t ask for better service from their parts department. I’ve dealt with many Harley Davidson dealers, and this is by far the best. Thank you Kevin in parts for going the extra mile for me. I’ve called at least 15 dealers and he took the time to help me instead of taking the easy road by telling me no. And now I’ll have the parts to finish my bike!

Not a regular customer coz I am from San Jose, CA. I called all HD dealership around the Bayarea and Northern Cali for a lid cover from left hand side saddle for my 2019 Roadglide Special and all HD dealership will not ship coz i am not a regular customer not gona mention the HD dealership who have them in stock and when I spoke with Christina sales dept for Gunninks she said she will help me shipped it to my house it came in today next day shipping and I installed with out any problems.
I really appreciate you guys specially to Christina and whoever handled the shipping.

Out riding NorCal w my buddy visiting from Denmark. His rental bike started leaking front brake fluid after he had to drop the bike in a hairpin turn.
He was fine (not a scratch) but the bike wasn't as lucky. It lost a sidelight and got a bit banged up with a bent brake lever and half a ton of dirt.
We had just passed a tow truck and the driver - who's name we didn't get - stopped and provided cover for us on the narrow road, and helped us righting the bike - super cool guy.
Anyway, we limped down to Willits and Started called around and luckily found Gunnink's in Ukiah

Stopped in on Saturday, March 16, 2019. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They help you without you ever feeling like they are being pushy. I wish this Harley shop was closer to me because I would much rather shop there than Sierra Steel. Maybe just take a drive when I need something.

I am a proud owner of a Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra. I have been looking for another Harley for some time now. Dan at Gunnicks has been such a wealth of knowledge taking the time to educate me on the different models and what might interest me. After my test ride I was sold on my Road Glide. I knew I had to bring it home. In my experience there was no pressure to buy anything and I liked that. When I came to purchase my bike Dan showed me everything about the bike and was very professional. Emily was wonderful. She helped me with the paperwork and we were done quickly. Love Harley stores. The smell of A new Harley, the T-shirts of the different area and designs, and great customer services. I love going into Harley Davidson to pick up a shirt from the area. I had been thinking about trading in my bike for a new touring model, and had visited the dealership in the Bay Area where I had first purchased from to see what the numbers looked like. I have never gotten a welcome feel there, even when dropping $20K on my first bike, and was always keenly aware of the fact that I was only a customer, and my money was what they were most concerned with. I need to let everyone know that my husband got a call this afternoon from Emily at Gunnink and I must say that I feel horrible about the review it gave a month ago, but I believe if I hadn't of vented, no one would of called, no one wound have cared, no one would have known, so it kind of all balanced out . I had just bought a pre-owned Harley from this shop but opted out of the optional warranty. Less than 24 hours later I ran into an issue. Well "F Me" is what I thought. Not so fast says the owner of the shop. Not only did he right away offer to help me out with discounted work, he called me back a few hours later and did one even better. I can't say enough about what that means to me as a customer/business owner. I think I could learn a little bit about customer service from these guys.

We became stranded by a medical emergency on a holiday weekend and this dealership, especially Jim and his friend Sandy came to my rescue. Our baby and tent trailer were 15 miles out of town at a campsite and I had no way to move them to our hotel where my guy was recovering. After letting me breakdown in his office, Jim found someone within the half hour to get our most prized possession back to the motel. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!

I moved back to the Ukiah area a year ago. I had just bought a new bike a few months prior and needed to get it serviced. I went in to Gunnink's and had the bike serviced. I was treated as though I had bought the bike from them rather than a first time customer. Since that time, I've been in several times buying parts or having the bike serviced and have been treated more like a friend than a customer.
My only regret with Gunnink's is that I bought my bike prior to moving back, I would rather that they have gotten the sale. Oh well, I'm sure that when I am ready for
