Opened out of a van in Arcata, California in 1994, Revolution Bicycle Repair quickly developed a reputation for quality work at a value-packed price. Eventually relocating to a small 800 square-foot converted house, Revolution expanded its service and product selection, offering everything from family bikes to full tilt pro-level race bikes.

Wow, such a good experience, where to begin... I wanted to continue bike riding, but since against my better judgement I'm getting older (70+), I now need an electric bike to manage the mountain bike riding I love.
These folks talked me through the options, let me ride the bikes they carried, patiently explained (without patronizing this old gal) how to deal with the electronics and charging, set it up for me to ride, and the list goes on without stop.
Their kindness combined with all their technical expertise was so pleasant. I can't say enough about these folks. I feel very safe investing this

The bike shop is neat and customer service is ok, prices are ok.
Giving a 2 star cause I took my bike to convert the tires to tubeless.
So they didn’t even hesitate to tell me my tires and wheels are not tubeless ready which they are!
I have Maxxis Ardent and they are tubeless ready and my wheel are too! All I needed is a valve, tape and the liquid!
Whats going on here ? Trying to up sell me brand new tires and wheels? LOL
Since u didn’t even could tell my tires where tubeless ready i don't trust ur mechs. So im taking my business somewhere else.

I have stopped in a few times now and have always been impressed with the service. They helped me with a faulty tire valve free of charge.
I took my mountain bike in to be inspected for safety, they looked at it promptly and gave me a reasonable quote. Probably the best part was they told me the truth, the bike didn't need any major work, they didn't ask for any money.
