Very weird how they handle pick-up and delivery orders. One time I ordered a pick up order and wasnt given ANY time to pick it up.....not even a rough estimate. For the record, it was not a busy time. It was like "We will call you when its ready"......maybe 30 minutes? 2 hours? 4 hours? Who knows.
When they finally did call they acted like I needed to be there asap as if it was something much more important than pizza.

I called to place a to go order for my family for pick up. I asked a few questions prior to giving her my card information. When I got my card out I asked if she was ready and she replied she WAS but is busy now. After being put on hold I decided not to order from her. I've eaten there years ago and enjoyed it so I figured maybe I'd call back for s supervisor since it was such a stark contrast to my last experience. The food was outstanding! Our server took the time to get to know us and make the dining experience a bit more personal. The kitchen staff is visible from the dining room and they were all very professional. Loved the fact that the owner was walking around making sure the customers were doing well!!

Well let's just say very disappointed in the Chicken Parm dinner. Save your money is not worth the 15.00 dollars. The chicken was soggy and soaked in flavorless sauce. The spaghetti was alright a little passed al dente. The garlic bread is so so, and the small side salad is nothing great either with wilted lettuce. I'll never ever order that again. I knew I should've stayed with what I've had there before, but I wanted to try something different. I should've known better to trust it. The pizza on the other hand is excellent, that never disappoints my husband and I. My husband ordered the stromboli

After reading Ellie Sosnowski’s review, I decided to try Sal’s for myself. My Italian Hot Sub was delicious!! It’s going to be even better for lunch tomorrow. My dinner guest had the chicken parm sandwich. As you can see he couldn’t keep it out of his mouth. We did have one of the dark haired waitresses. She was fantastic! Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was lovely to chat with her. her table visits were not as long as Mrs Sosnowski’s review. I would have gotten The Stromboli, like Mrs Sosnowski’s husband, but I didn’t want to make her jealous. I highly

I was told to try this place and I’m glad I did.
First, let me start with my service it was spectacular, Shobhana was amazing. She recommended and I tried everything she recommended and it was all delicious.
I’ve had wings at a lot of places and these are by far the biggest and best I’ve had.
The pizza was spectacular. I could go on. Overall, I left full and happy.
