Went to the ER and waited 2 hours then heard a lady tell someone the hospital was full. Common courtesy would be telling everyone in the ER that information at check in! And people were coming in that had been exposed to Covid with symptoms and not wearing a mask! I was there 2 hours and they sanitized once! Disgusting with all those sick ppl coughing sneezing and spitting up mucus.

We had our 4th baby girl, everything was fine, day time nurses was so wonderful and helpful till the shift change at 7, the night nurses was the worse, they never said there names, they acted like they didn't wanna do there job or enjoy it. The nurse came in and moved my newborn so she could sit down and watch TV. My wife machine started peeping, she called them and they said they would come turn it off, 15 min passed they never came, my wife called the phone, it took the nurse another 15min to come in. They never asked if she was ok or needed help. We started moving rooms, the nurse said ARE YOU

Prior to getting x-rays, Kaylee was superb in getting my paperwork in from V.A. and ensuring that everything was in order. From the time I walked in Curtis was calm, well-spoken and polite in getting my info into the system. My X-Ray tech (Christine) was kind, polite and put me at ease about the process. Overall, the staff were beautiful in spirit and very professional in the service they provided. Thank you đ.

My boyfriend was hit by an 18 wheeler today. They took him to Tutus ER around 6 this evening. It is 11:25 now and we are still waiting. POS of a hospital!! A nurse came in and told me they didn't have the CT results because the machine had crashed, yes it did while my bf was in it and its didn't take long to get it back up. I work in Imaging and just because the machine went down for a short time does not justify the radiologist notreading the results.

My birth was rushed, and there is a possibility that it damaged my child. Nurse that worked with Dr. Mason broke my water without my consent, and lied about it. I know for a fact she did; I did not have a epidural. I felt her pinching the sack and my water "broke" as soon as she stopped. I'm angry just typing this out. Y'all have no idea how bad I want to sue this place. I will warn as many people as I can about this hospital and will not relent. Absolutely mediocre, and relatively dangerous hospital to trust with your care. Do not recommend. My baby left the hospital with hemorrhages in both of

After needing to sedate an elderly frail stroke patient to âcalm her downâ so she will rest, and multiple warnings from family sheâs weak and a fall risk, she was transitioned out of ICU and fell with 12 hours of being transferred out into a standard room. I wouldnât recommend this hospital to anyone. TRMC needs to be responsible for their patients.

This is the worst hospital I've ever seen! The nurses are rude and argumentative. You shouldn't be arguing with patient families and acting like you know more than the person giving orders. Disregards Dr's orders.. Restrooms are dirty and had no paper towels early in the morning.. Most sanitizer stations were empty.. Hospital overall is not a clean environment.. I hope they fix all this before joint commission comes! Seems unlikely..

I have a T12 Compression Fracture of Spine! Young Dr came in ER. First thing out of his mouth. What 5 ERs have you been to to get Narcotics? I was a Drug Facilitator for 7 years in NE Arkansas and organized a Overcomes group for people with addiction, I was humiliated by this young Dr with NO Compassion. This is not the last this place will hear from me.

The staff is rude and act like your wasting their time. They would rather argue with you then listen to the chief complaint and the symptoms that you are having. The billing department is a joke. I had both my children here and even though I had insurance some how they want to charge me thousands of dollars that my insurance has already paid! This used to be a good hospital but now I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!
