Dave Woll established Memory Makers DJ Service in 1994 after graduating from Western Illinois University with a degree in broadcasting. Memory Makers became a full time endeavor for Dave in 1996 due to Memory Makers' growing success. Now the so-called God Father of the Lake County, Il Wedding Dj industry, Dave continues to entertain at weddings, parties, and events (and has a blast).

Booked our wedding in 2015 for 2017. Dave gave us a discount if we paid in full in 2015, so we did. In 2016, I canceled our wedding. I notified Dave and he said he would refund our payment less $250 deposit. We received nothing, even after filing complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. I am now going to file a small claims court case and I encourage others who have been wronged by Dave Woll to do the same, because I know there are more out there.

Dave was absolutely amazing!!! We had been to a few weddings this year and the DJ’s were okay. On our wedding day this past weekend, Dave was our DJ. Not only was he so easy and fun to work with but he was also very attentive. He made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. That is so above and beyond! The music was awesome, he was awesome. The dance floor was packed all night! The music choices were perfect and a lot of fun. I highly recommend Memory Makers Entertainment! Dave, thank you for everything!

Dave and his entire staff create one of a kind experiences at each of their events. I’ve been to several weddings (among other events) where Dave thinks outside of the box to create lifetime memories for the bride and groom. I’ve never seen other DJ companies achieve this level of personalization. There’s a reason this company is called Memory Makers… they do just that. This is the DJ company to hire, they are great people to work with.

Dave was understanding that I needed quality professionalism for my event and that I need to be able to ask his employees to adjust on the spot. Not only did the DJ accommodate my every request (within reason, of course) but he went above and beyond and even helped my family move some stuff around during the event. This event was very important to my family and it meant that much more that these guys were willing to go the extra mile to help us out on the spot.
The night was quality from start to finish.

Wow! Words cannot describe how awesome Memory Makers are. We loved Juan and Dave our tag team duo. They were very personable and loved to have fun!! We wanted them to wear jerseys and it was no problem. They also made all of our dreams come true and then surprised us with other fun memories we will forever cherish. Memory Makers provided us an outstanding service for our wedding. Describing it has a service does not really do it justice. It was more like a partnership to making our wedding a memorable experience for all. Planning for a wedding is quite the task and working with Memory Makers and specifically Dave helped put us at ease as our wedding approached. After our wedding ceremony ended, I feel like the rest of the night was just a time to enjoy and have fun.
