Blue Cypress Golf & RV Resort is located on the northeast side of Lake Okeechobee, which is the 2nd largest body of fresh water in the United States. It is famous for it's Trophy Bass and Black Crappie fishing and has gained national recognition for it's support of Black Crappie and Large Mouth Bass fisheries.

In addition, we strive to provide our unit owners with a site they can access and locate information concerning our activities, events, meetings, and financial status of our Association. Having this website provides a resource that all unit owners can utilize. Owners can request for additional information to be added by contacting Lon Sloan at res289@aol.com or one of the other members of the Board of Directors.
Blue Cypress Golf and RV Resort offers property owner's amenities that include an Executive Golf Course, Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Petanque Courts (league and tournament play), Mini-Golf Course, Fishing Lakes, Boat Launch and Parking Area, Fish Cleaning Facility, Pool Tables, Shuffleboard Courts, Screened Lanai, Clubs, and Arts and Crafts Classes, Card Games, Horseshoes, Hiking Club, Dinner and Dance Nights, Poker Run, Parades, Fishing Tournaments, Men's, Ladies and Couples Golf Leagues, Laundry and Showers, we are a Pet Friendly Community (some restrictions apply).
The Blue Cypress Golf and RV Resort "Golf Club" is our page to keep our members informed of the memberships available, league play days, tee times, upcoming golf events, updates and changes to the course. With a little cooperation form Mother Nature and proper care this summer we will be returning to great looking putting greens for the upcoming season.

Ask a lot of questions, I did not ask enough. The rules are changing each day with added fees for renters. The lot owners I was dealing with were the best, I was looking forward to next winters stay. We followed the instructions we were given and submitted our info and deposit more than 30 days in advance only to be told Debby did not know we were coming and we had to agree to financial and criminal background checks None of the package I received stated that. Once I learned I had to sign a unreasonable info release, pay for a background check, grandchildren can stay only 45 days annually. That

I couldn't disagree with Andrews review anymore. If he couldn't get along with the people that live in there he must have a real attitude problem. Great people and a great community.... the comment about not living there unless you're over 70 could not be more wrong. I'm only 62 years old and I've already lived in there over 10 years and could not be happier.

Absolutely do not stay here unless you want to be accused by all the old nothing better to do but find stuff wrong Yankees that live there. Place is a joke don't recommend to anyone unless you are over 70 or live North of Florida state line you will regret ever comming to this place
