Services
Air-Hydraulics, Inc. was incorporated in 1945 and was founded by a group of four local industrialists and machine tool designers in Jackson, MI. Since that time it has been serving the assembly, metal joining and metalworking markets with quality built presses, index tables, impact hammers and special machinery.
For over 75 years, Air-Hydraulics has manufactured an array of Hydraulic Presses and Air Hydraulic Presses for vast number of assembly operations used in a wide range of manufacturing industries. Our proprietary designed C-Series Air-Hydraulic Press offer an excellent alternative to the typical mid-range press by offering an energy efficient power source to produce a hydraulic intensified fluid power motion.
These C-Series Units come in four sizes ranging from 2.5 ton to 15 ton capacity. Standard features include a full length power stroke, 2.0 adjustable downstop, and an anti-rotation ram guide. These heavy duty C-frame units can be mounted on a floor stand or a bench top machine base. They also have an adjustable force regulator and speed control regulator.
The Model SH-250 Hydraulic Press is a mid-range, compact, high speed, hydraulic press designed to satisfy a wide range of production needs. This press package comes standard with a 240V/480V, 3 phase, self-contained hydraulic power unit and an air/oil heat exchanger for those high duty production applications.
The A-Series Adjustable Air Press and AP-Series Black & Webster Air Press lines cover an array of application needs. The A-Series Air Press is a flexible dual acting air press which is excellent for multi-set up applications, or it can be manufactured to suit a specific application requirement.
The AP-Series Air Press is a non-lubricating unit which is manufactured with a rugged cast frame for those small assembly operation that require precise and repeatability press strokes.For applications that require more force, our C-Series and AH-Series Press are a perfect solution for higher tonnage applications while still using factory supplied air.
