I unfortunately had to file for bankruptcy, and it was a very difficult choice, however Christiaan and his office staff made this a very stress-free, easy, and Pleasant experience. We met with this lawyer in regards to a situation we had regarding a lien on our home...he listened and exained things very clearly...told us what we had to do in order to proceed with his help...and he was confident that he could take care of this without issue. We had to get some information for him, and after doing so, he told us he did not feel he could help us, after talking with his colleagues, but that he would send us the name of another lawyer, which he never did. After this happened I began to question his original commitment to us, and did not feel that I could trust what he had said

I hired Christiaan Van Niekerk to help me out after my boyfriend moved out on me and I could no longer pay my Bill's alone... He was very helpful, the process went very quickly and the court date was within a month. The case was filed within a week or so and he was so kind to let me pay on a weekly basis with a small down payment beforehand.
