When trying to determine if our dance studio is the right fit for for a prospective student we often ask what is your goal?. Our goal is to empower our students and provide quality dance education in a fun environment. We know that most of our students will not become professional dancers but we want them to become professional human beings in whatever career path they pursue.
Confidence, discipline, perseverance, motivation, loyalty, team work, & determination - these are fundamental characteristics one can develop through dance that transfer to all aspects of life. Many of our students dance just for fun while others aspire to be on a college dance team or on a Broadway stage.

Please Note: We try our best to follow the Florham Park schooling district schedules for all school closings, delayed openings and early dismissals, however, not all dates will match exactly. This combination class is an extension of our Grace & Groove Class. In this class our tiny dancers will continue their training with ballet and jazz as well as become introduced to the beginning steps of tap. This 1 1/2 hour class is an extention of our Grace, Groove and Rhythm class. Dancers will continue to strenghten and expand their skills in Ballet, Jazz and Tap.
Our award winning X-Team consists of talented, hard working dancers who love to perform. Dancers on the X-Team take dance seriously, have a high level of technique, are committed, and have a fierce ability to perform. As an X-Team member, dancers must have the ability to work with a team, but most of all, the dancers and parents must be willing to make the commitment.

My daughter has taken classes here since she was about 4 years old and she's now on the competition team. The studio provides a great environment for my child to meet new friends and the older girls helped the younger ones. The teachers are great and super easy to work with! Its just a wonderful environment for my daughter to grow in her dance skills as well as making lifetime memories and friends! Thank you Amanda's Dancextensions!

We had been at another studio until we came to ADXT 5 years ago and became part of their competition team. It was the best decision we ever made! My girls have blossomed as dancers!! In a few short years they have grown so much in their abilities! The teachers really care and you begin to feel like you are part of the family there. They offer the full range of dance genres and teach from 2 to 18, all levels of abilities. You may find bigger, flashier studios in the area, but you wont find another where they are more invested in your child. I highly recommend sending you daughter or son to Amanda
