Many of our customers have left doors unlocked or hid keys with a check list of work to be completed while they were not home. We have a bucket of keys to customers houses at our office.

The more information we have from the customer about your home the more accurate of an estimate we can give you. Note that the price we give you over the phone is an estimate and if the measurements are not correct (upon arrival WE will physically measure the area's to be cleaned) the and the estimate can be adjusted accordingly.

Place all breakable items (flower pots, vases, glass topped tables, extremely valuable items and or broken furniture) in areas where we will not be cleaning carpet.
