The older cigarette-chain-smoking lady with long blonde hair that acted like she owned the place was incredibly rude. She had such an indignant attitude towards potential customers that it was truly baffling; as if it was unfair that she had this job and the people asking her questions were such a burden to deal with. Her snippy attitude was so apparent that even the little children were asking: "Daddy why is that woman seem so mean? What did we do to her?"
The River View Campground & Canoe Livery is very concerned with generating as much money as possible; making sure that my kids have the proper

The park itself is ok. We were given a site that wouldn't fit our 40ft trailer. We told them when we booked it how big out trailer was. We were then given a site that was the most uneven site I've ever been on. No hot water in showers. But the worst part about the place was the 2.5 mile drive in on a washboard dirt road. The drive in knocked our sliding bedroom door off it's track. I will never go back.

The river is not one you can sleep on. There are tons of trees and rocks (mainly trees) in the way of injury. There’s a spot half way on the River that is this huge hill. They recommend you don’t climb it, but every year we go and every year it is harder and harder. They are very accommodating with keeping your car at the campground while you float, and the drop off is very close to the cars. Every year someone (or multiple people) throw up from alcohol, but that’s on us—not the campground lol

Very well run operation! Check in is impressive. Sites are nice especially right on the river. Camp store has everything!!!
[Brought our own tubes this year and worked out great from Moffat Bridge drop, 4 hr float back to site.]
Only 👎: Bathrooms could have used some TLC but can only imagine staffing issues like everyone else in 2021.

Highly recommend. We have been coming here for the past 5 years and have always had a great time. Sites are very spacious and well maintained. Haven’t used bathhouses but haven’t heard complaints from those in our group that have. Staff is very nice and they do a great job of making your stay enjoyable. Make sure to book your river trip and purchase equipment as early as possible. They sell out fast. Also, go in knowing they are a little understaffed because of Covid (not their fault) so bring patience and be kind - you’re on vacation. We are already booked and paid for next year. Looking
