I initially contacted David Castellani Law Firm via email with regard to an employment wrongful termination case. Within 30 minutes of sending the email I received a response personally from Mr. Castellani via a phone call. While meeting with him one on one I was extremely impressed with his personal attentiveness and interest. David took an extremely challenging, and drawn out civil case for me against the Atlantic City Police Department. It lasted over 4 years, with a ton of emotions, witnesses, objections, appeals and details involved. He fought all the way through for me knowing exactly how to handle each step. Kim and the office were always responsive and understanding of my situation, and David kept me updated always. In the end I got what I deserved in a settlement, and David was to thank. I'd recommend him 100%, as he is extremely educated and knowledgeable with these types of cases... and does not stop working
