Horrible took this agent under an SR22 policy endorsement 2 years ago. My SR22 Mandate expired 4 months ago, however this Agency has ne stuck on the SR22 Endorsement. The female office worker stated via phone they cannot remove the SR22 Endorsement until Proof from VA DMV...Per VA DMV they DO NOT provide documentation to Clients when SR22 Endorsements end. Now have a new agent and new policy...problem solved

I've been trying to obtain a copy of certificate of insurance multiple times. No answer. This is like a ghost/horror agency. They don't reply their emails. I wouldn't trust such a company...

Super nice agents, the services is super too. They help you get insurance at a lower price by comparing prices with multiple companies.
Personal experience. I was paying $290 a month for three vehicles at State Farm before, and D&L find me the coverage for the three vehicle and same coverage for way less $145 a month. 100% recommended 👌

I cannot even begin to express how awful their customer service is. You can call twenty times and no one will answer the phone. When someone does finally answer you’re put on hold for 30 minutes for them to look up your information. They NEVER call back like they say they will. Clearly they are not concerned about their customers.

I was a customer of D & L when Glenda first started up. She moved to a new office and then got another employee. You could always count on her to provide great customer service. She called back in a timely manner and was pleasant. Even though it was only ran sometimes with her she was still able to provide this great service. The new D & L really needs her back or atleast needs to learn how she operated. I left them after many, many years when Glenda was no longer working in the office. I tried to stick it out and probably was just reluctant to leave. The final straw was when I made numerous calls
