There is likely a problem with the eye sensors. There is one sensor at the bottom of the door on each side. Check both for any obstructions or dirt, check that they are pointing at each other (sometimes they get bumped!), and finally, check all wire connections. If the problem persists, give us a call.

These guys are great! We called the day our garage door stopped working and they came out that afternoon to take a look. They were kind, straightforward, and knowledgeable about the problem, explaining it clearly and provided an estimate of the cost to replace the doors, along with all the info we needed to make decisions. By the next morning, we'd decided what we wanted and they had the doors ordered and us on the schedule to get them replaced. They came the day they said they would and handled the installation quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be happier and will definitely work with them
