I forgot his name but when I brought my phone in, it was completely damaged. Like lines and cracks were all through it and I could not see my screen. It was so broken badly that I thought it could not be fixed. But honey, let me tell you!!! He did a wonderful job and even through me in a protective screen…he was so polite and helpful. I bought a phone .. guess ok but the rep put my sim card in new phone and I couldn't put it back in my d phone to use til I got service on new because the changing sim cards disabled my sim card I waited 7 days without a phone until I got one for the new phone my life went to a complete. Halt but everything is back to normal now .. I guess it's an ok place a little pricy for used phones

I have gotten three IPhones from Quest Wireless. Each look and work good as new! I still actually have my XR that I’ve had going on two years. Every time I have been in the staff have been kind and informative in answering any questions I have. Twice now, needing a repair has had a quick turn around and very reasonable pricing. Brought a iPhone 11 Pro Max from here almost a year ago and today It was blacklisted because it was reported stolen. Contacted this place and told them the problem and they said it was nothing they could do about it so I’m outta $600 and have to buy a new phone.
