Quick turn around and quality work. Had my kohler K series honed 0.010 over.

Took my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 to Lou Fuze, for a misfire 5th cylinder. Dealer explained what the problem could be, other than the cylinder. Stated it could cost around $1,200 to fix.
Called Lunds Engine, Machine & Garage, explained the misfire. They went right to the problem, and within 3hours, they call and stated, truck was ready. It’s running like new again.

Lunds has great prices, they do great work and they have fast turn around times. At a different machine shop i was told 3 months till they could get to my block and lunds told me 1 month. I text him to get on a waiting list and in less than 2 weeks he told me to bring my parts in so i did and a couple days later he called and said my block was all done and ready to pick up and when i got the total it was almost half the price of the other machine shop. I would reccomend this place to all my friends

A real machine shop run by a real machinists. The owner has forgotten more about engines than I know. They the engine in my 71 Super Bee. Lunds took their time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He even followed up the next day. A Mopar restoration shop wanted double what I was charged for a rebuild.

I will start by saying the price for the machine work done to my cylinder head was good but the guy gave me someone else's cylinder head. I called for an explanation and he told me it did not matter since all those cylinder heads were the same. I ended up getting a camshaft from the dealer in order to get the timing right on my engine.

I brought in a leaking, misfiring, dying and miswired 1989 Mustang GT restoration project. I left with a beautiful sounding and solid driving rebuild from inside out. Lund's was overly honest and actually gave me back parts to return because they were able to refinish and reuse items I had no idea were possible to refinish. Gene stayed in contact during the whole process, doing everything he said he would do and even texted over pictures of progress. They did great quality of work, for the lowest price on engine work in the area. Had engine and transmission rebuilt, faster than having cylinder heads refurbished at another St. Charles machine shop.
