I would give this company zero stars if I could? I tried to reschedule our appointment and Mr. Shelley didn't really want to accommodate that request. I tried to talk me into keeping the original appointment instead of rescheduling so that it would fit my schedule. But, when I decided to cancel he seemed to be thrilled about that. Two thumbs down.

Caution, avoid these people. my home appraisal came in approximately 30% below projections based on recent upgrades and previous appraisal from 2003. Based on their numbers, the Real Estate market in the Wiregrass is collapsing, my home is supposedly worth 14% less now than in 2003, after spending $18,000 in upgrades to the property over the last few years.
