We were not familiar with this area when we were looking for roofing contractors. We actually live about 2 hours away from the house that was getting the work completed. We were impressed with the extent of time shared explaining the work that was going to be performed at the time of the estimate was given. In addition, they appeared before schedule and executed all work as explained. When decking under the shingles needed to be replaced (which we were prepared for), we were called immediately and provided with adequate pictures of the the damaged decking to get approval of the replacement before

Had West Ky Roofing replace roof due to hail damage. Chad was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the Certainteed shingle system and had all the samples to compare. Also gave us a reference house to look at with the exact shingle we wanted. Installation crew was outstanding. Shrubs and yard were not damaged at all. Cleanup was immaculate. Would highly recommend West Ky Roofing for any roofing needs.

West Ky Roofing went to the extreme to make sure our roof was done in a timely manner. Upon initial contact with West Ky Roofing, Chad was here for almost 3 hours inspecting our roof and going over his contract word for word. What his crew would do when here. What equipment they would be using. And most of all he guaranteed respect to our property. Chad stayed in touch with us considering weather was not on our side with a lot of rain, but he and his crew went above and beyond our expectations! Chad would contact us weekly to let us know an estimated time of when his crew could be at our home.
