I have used them for probably 3 years and all I have to say is make sure you pay with a check, or if you do pay with cash keep your receipts because THEY WILL contact you like 6 months later to tell you that a payment was missed so that they can try to get you to pay late fee too...I no longer use them because I don't appreciate being told I didn't pay for something when I know I have

We have used this service for our rental cabins for the last couple of years. We have been very happy with their service - they send reminders for upcoming service and are responsive if we need to change service dates due to the cabin being rented. When we have had issues above and beyond the routine - it has always been handled in a timely manner and problem solved! Very happy with Ron and his crew.

I had regular service through another pest control company and we found a very large yellow jacket nest under our deck. They couldn’t or wouldn’t come out for a week or so, so I called Smith Termite & Pest Control on a recommendation. He had a technician out there within hours. They took care of our problem quickly, professionally and his prices are very reasonable. Since then, we have used Smith Termite & Pest Control exclusively, even when we moved to another home. He’s the best!!

Excellent service! I first spoke to Ron on a Friday evening, and he was here on Monday morning and my home was treated by Tuesday morning. Ron is reliable, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he will spend as much time as needed to answer any questions and to take care of your pest issues. I would 100% recommend him.
