This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I came into the store three different times three different times the girl behind the counter informed me I needed different forms instead of informing me all at once I verified my checking account I verified my income and then she wanted to get into my checking account to see what I spend my money on very unprofessional very rude

The only reason it's not 5 star is because they changed it to a cash place only. This kind of sucks because it was easy and convenient for me before when it was Cash Cove to borrow money, cash a check and make money orders all in 1 spot. I've been going to Cash Cove for the last 13 years I miss Martha but I'm so happy Luis is still there!! It's the main reason I still go! I always feel welcome and I'm always in and out super fast! I love Luis!

The worst corporate management in the pay day loans services. I would advise at least 10 other places before here. Went to try an get money again and they advise me I can't because the check didn't clear, but also wouldn't let you pay in cash?? only company to have this policy. Of course my check is not gonna clear in one day so you should have the option to pay in cash so it's accepted an you can reborrow because most people that come to pay day services need the money if I didn't I would be comming to the company in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The worst place ever , spoke to one lady there and she just wouldn't help me get a pay day loan, I had a car loan out on 2 companies and just denied me, went somewhere else and it was fine! I walked in and she already had an attitude problem! They honestly need to learn respect and customer service skills, I will never tell anyone to go here or even advice someone to use them for anything!! Good luck your business will be going down the drain now due to the Mexican lady with an attitude problem!!!

Cash Cove is a great little business. each time I have been in need of one of the services they offer, I have been pleased to find that they make it effortless and handle things very inexpensively. The staff is friendly and helpful and patient.There is also a wonderful collection of oragami made from dollar bills on display and the plants there are very happy. I've used them to cash checks, send faxes, notarize papers and buy stamps. :-)
