Horrible experience. I brought a computer in to be fixed. I told them I needed it by a certain date. They were like yeah no problem. I did not hear from them on that date, so I called them and they said that they were waiting on a part and they would call me when it came in and told me when it should be done for the second time. I did not hear back from them the second time that they said it would be done so I called again and they said that they ordered the wrong part. At that point I said I would take my computer elsewhere as I had it there for more than a couple months with nothing done to the

I took my computer in specifically to have it checked out and Windows 10 uploaded while I was on vacation. The work was NOT done because they couldn't reach me to verify a $50 charge to upload Windows 10. This was very inconvenient. I authorized the work then but 2 1/2 days later they still were trying to upload Windows 10. I got no apology or explanation, just attitude so I took the computer to Computer Nerds and got excellent service.
