Asbury Arts Center - North Florida Dance Center has been serving the Green Cove Springs, Orange Park and Middleburg communities since 2005. We offer a variety of dance, tumbling and music classes in a safe and friendly atmosphere. We have 2 seasons at our studio; a school year session and a separate 6 week summer session including classes and camps.

Services
Lorna Edwards is our studio manager. She is originally from Savannah, GA and has been dancing since the age of 4. Miss Lorna began studying to become a dance teacher at the age of 12 and has trained in multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, ballet, pointe, tap, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and modern.
Rockin' Tots (Ages 2.5-4) Creative movement class exploring various forms of dance and music. Developing locomotor skills, balance, creativity, flexibility, and strength. This class makes dancing fun with various types of music, colors, numbers, and use of props.
Ballet Stars (Ages 3.5-5) These unique classes are specifically geared for young dancers and open with short readings, poems, or songs from some of our favorite character books and TV movies.Classes introduce ballet technique, choreography for recital, creative improvisation, and classroom etiquette.

If not paid in advance, regular tuition will be debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the 1st day of each month beginning the 1st full month of attendance. First month's tuition will be prorated. Bank Drafts: There is a $25 non-sufficient funds fee per occurrence. Credit Cards: Declined e-payments occurring 2 months in a row are subject to a $25 administrative fee per occurrence.
We offer group classes and private lessons in both our school year and summer sessions. From creative movement for toddlers to pre-professional classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern and acrobatic dance we have something for everyone! Our dance students train in one of our three dance studio rooms fully equipped with marley sprung dance flooring, ballet barres, and special tumbling equipment.
We offer school year session and summer session tumbling classes for a range of different ages and skill levels. Students can put their knew skills to use in other activities such as cheerleading, acro-dance, taekwondo, etc. Our instructors are experienced and hold safety and/or acrobatic arts certifications.

Ever since we have moved to Florida 2 1/2 years ago Asbury arts studio has been a positive place for my daughter to go to. They have all types of dance to fit everyone’s style!! And the teachers are all amazing role models!! I can’t give Asbury arts enough stars they given my daughter confidence beyond and much more!!! I recommend Asbury arts to everyone who wants to try dance music or etc!!!

Asbury Arts Center has been a great experience for my daughter and family. Our daughter has been going to Asbury Arts Center since early 2009. She has participated in Art, Percussion, Piano, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Bollywood, Tumbling, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. She has taken summer camps with the studio for the last three years. She has also been part of the competition team for three years. Asbury Arts Center enables your children to grow through the arts. Owner as well as staff members were very very rude and unprofessional. I am a 63 year old grandmother that is involved in my granddaughter’s activities. I love to watch her in every chance I can. I accidentally walked into the wrong room to watch her and boy was that a mistake. They told me I was not allowed to watch her anywhere in the building, if I did want to watch her I would have to go stand out back in the 96 degree weather and watch thru a dirty window. The only reason I can think they are doing this is because of the size of the building about 20’w x 40’L. And the price that I pay
