Worst hospital ever!! I was there last night for 3 hours. Didn't do a single thing to help me. Dr. seemed to have a really bad attitude. You go the ER for help! Not to sit there 3 hours for absolutely nothing!!

My father was sent here from a long term care facility on Saturday night. I visited on Sunday afternoon. The staff in the ER admitting area were very nice; however, the staff at the nursing station (2 females and 1 male) were very unhelpful. They were rude. The one nurse was leaned back eating with her feet up and never even acknowledged my presence. The other two could not identify my father’s room and then literally laughed about the fact and that the handwriting on the clipboard was difficult to read. They provided no assistance, direction to his room, or update on his condition.

Went there after a wreck in April, 2017. Gave them our insurance, auto and personal. They delayed billing insurance and never billed my wife's personal insurance. Their mistake, not ours. We had no say in this. We tried to speak with them. They ended up taking us to court. They made the mistake and now they are taking money from my wife's check every two weeks. They are taking so much that it is making it difficult to live. They are taking more than the government takes in taxes. I have the evidence to support what I have written. The law is, of course, on their side.

I was in an automobile accident, and went here first. Once my family got to UK the Dr.s said KRMC done an outstanding job in stabilizing me, and that their quick actions possibly saved my life.

Hospital staff are some of the hardest working people. They take care of us and our loved one's during very difficult times. I am so thankful for KRMC and having good quality care close to home for myself and my family when it is needed.

It's good to have a hospital like this in a small town, because the town is quite adistance from larger cities, but unless you're in urgent, desperate need of medical attention, I'd advise you to just go on to Lexington. My brother was in a bad accident, and after ex-rays were taken, a nurse told us his back was not broken. (I happen to know this woman and I know she cannot read ex-rays.) Once we got to UK, we found out that his back was broken in 3 places. And it speaks volumes for the staff who work at this hospital that they've come to this site and left GLOWING 5-star reviews for this place

If you are not actually dying, I would avoid this hospital at all costs. It will save you money and may save your life to go to Lexington or Winchester, instead. Of my two experiences with KRMC, one I was charged nearly $2000, after insurance, just for the 10 minutes I spent with the physician over stomach pain in the ER. The tests and medicine was fully covered so literally just his time to talk to me for 10 minutes is supposed to be worth that kind of money. This is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive, hospitals in the nation and the quality of care does not meet even basic standards
