Trent and Pam Chittick were high school sweethearts and married four years after graduating. Having just celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary, they have two wonderful children, Tyler and Nichole. It was the first wedding ever hosted at Olympic View Estates, and a day Trent and Pam will cherish forever.

Olympic View Estates is available seven days a week from April through October, one wedding per day. Please visit the Rental Detail page to see all that's included. OVE occupancy is 200 people. The reception barn is unique with its rustic sliding doors making the barn partially open to accommodate an indoor/outdoor experience, if desired. The barn holds roughly 60 guests comfortably inside. The covered outdoor reception terrace comfortably seats 200 guests. The outdoor ceremony facility is like no other.
Olympic View Estates consists of 5 acres of lush grass, gorgeous shrubs, and beautifully crafted flower gardens. The picturesque landscape is an ideal setting for wedding photography. The ceremony stage is hugged by a unique waterfall and Koi-filled pond, which empties into a stream that trickles between the stage and the seating area under a large boulder bridge.

Our daughter's wedding was last weekend and everything was just fabulous. The owners Trent and Pam were very helpful and the landscaping is out of this world. They also supply a list of vendors which is very helpful and saves time looking around. We used Jennifer Wilson as the coordinator and I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. This is a wonderful location for all types of events.

Olympic View Estates is one of my favorite wedding venues. In my six years of being a wedding DJ I’ve been to a lot of venues. I love coming here because Pam and Trent obviously really care that everything goes well for the wedding, so they are present, available, and watching for how they can help out. They are very nice to the vendors, helping to make our job easier. I’ve even heard them give helpful hints to photographers. The layout of the facility with the parking, children's’ area, barn, terrace and ceremony area is very thoughtfully done. The landscaping is absolutely the best of any

I recently had my wedding at Olympic View Estates and I could not have had a better experience. From my first communications with Pam, I was happy. I always received quick and thorough responses to any questions. When touring the venue, my husband and I were struck with how much thought and detail had gone into every aspect of the venue, from the turf to prevent heels sinking into grass to designated areas for vendors to be successful and stay out of the way. We also hired Pam to be our Day of Coordinator and she was available to assist us from the beginning to the end, this was the most invaluable

My husband and I had the BEST DAY EVER at Olympic View Estates! Pam and Trent are so organized and thoughtful and made sure that our day was absolutely perfect. We received so many compliments about the view of… the valley beyond the arbor and how well landscaped the venue was. Everything is so well laid out between the bridal cottage with 5 getting ready stations, the grooms suite with mini golf in it, the covered terrace for the reception, and the barn for dancing! This is hands down the best choice for a venue in Snohomish County and without breaking the bank! 💛

We liked this place it is beautiful. They seemed like they would be very accommodating for a wedding. We asked them all sorts of questions and they were very nice and helpful. I asked if we could have played dinners here and he gladly took me to the back kitchen area. It is a prep area but not a kitchen. The view is beautiful! The bridal suite is adorable and the groom's room is really cool.

Yes, it is so beautiful. They do more than just weddings. We had a family reunion here with not only beautiful landscaping to enjoy. there is a play area for children, games for older children , even had a bonfire kids where the children could roast marshmallows, provided by Pam and Trent the hosts. We found it to be quiet, so relaxing, the… children had so much they could do, they were not bored Amazing what Pam and Trent have done, we saw the before pictures .Work alcoholics, I said to them. They just smiled and looked at each other. I could go on and on. You must check this out for events

I was a guest (aunt of the bride) so I can only speak from a guest experience.
This is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. It's in a neighborhood and set very far back from any houses. So it's a hidden gem! This place has amazing large lawns and lots of floral shrubs. Just driving up the lane to the venue gave me butterflies.
The owners were very helpful throughout the whole day. They even helped my husband and I get my keys out of my locked car! The father of the groom thanked the owners in his toast so I have a good feeling they were wonderful to work with like he said.

Although, this wedding venue is beyond breath taking and views are incredible. I would never recommend getting married here. When we first toured this venue the owner Pam was so helpful and nice. Once we booked and she got our money the whole thing went down from there.
My experience as a bride was so stressful. She made us feel very belittled she talked to us like we where 5 years old. She is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Olympic View Estates was the most perfect setting for my daughter's wedding! Absolutely stunning. Pam and Trent were lovely to work with and have really created a unique venue with everything thought through… perfectly. From the bridal suite to the sun shade over the reception area - small touches make it fabulous. We highly recommend OVE - and the pictures?! Picturesque to say the least. Thank you so much!

Upon arrival, I was breathless. It is one of the most beautiful, picturesque places to be! The view is most spectacular from early in the day until sunset. I am a professional photographer and the possibilities in this venue are endless! I took TONS of pictures and was honored by Pam -- the owner -- to be the first to take pictures out on the private wildflower field of the bride and groom. Pam and Trent have done a miraculous job on this venue and I would H*I*G*H*L*Y R*E*C*O*M*M*E*N*D this to anyone celebrating their life of together-ness.

VENDOR REVIEW: As a DJ it's nice to have "hands on" venue owners who want to see the success as much as I do. With that said I had a great time working with the owners (and amazing coordinator) during a wedding a couple weekends ago and would recommend this to any couple looking for a beautiful and well kept place to hold an event!

Back in October 2015 my Fiance' (at the time;) And I were looking for a Wedding venue. Luckily we stumbled upon OVE from a referral and within minutes we were on the phone with Pam setting up a time that same day to go out and tour it. Even on a gloomy pouring rain kind of October day while in the midst of final construction, we could see how beautiful this venue was, and the potential it had.
Fast forward a few months to Spring time, OVE hosted an open house for those who were having Summer weddings to preview what all they had

We signed a contract with this venue and ended up canceling our wedding here so I can tell you about what it really is all about.
-Everyone has to be OUT BY 10PM- and clean up starts at 9PM
-Music off by 9:30
-Alcohol done serving by 9PM- Last call will have to be around 8:30
-5 Hour MAX amount of time for alcohol
-You cannot have a cocktail hour before the wedding- but if you beg enough and they give you enough crap about it- they will but charge you more on your deposit and keep it if any alcohol is seen in the ceremony area
-Even though they didn't mention this and it'd not stated
