Lady at the front very friendly. I brought in 2 of the same blanket/throws for dry clean service. Paid $128 for each. One came back in great condition and cleaned.. the other felt like it was singed or overheated. Owner had the front desk lady call me to let me know he could reimburse me $25 for my one blanket cleaning cost. I paid $50 for both to be cleaned, and only one blanket is usable at this point. I was informed the “damage is done” and can’t be repaired. I asked her to have the owner call me. He made many excuses as to why one blanket was fine and not the other, and said $25 was the

I took in a tie on a Friday morning in desperation to get it cleaned to wear in a wedding I had to leave to attend at 1:00 that day. They got it in, done, and called me by 12:30 and I was most grateful for the great service. Had to pay a $2 rush charge, but it was worth it and they did a great job. Thanks!

They ruined a $200 comforter and thought refunding my $27 cost in an in-store credit was fair. This was the first and last time I will use this cleaner

I hadn't needed a dry cleaner for awhile until I adopted a merino sweater last winter. What, not machine washable?! Vogue efficiently set up an account for me and delivered the garment as promised-clean, looking like new, at a reasonable charge.

I've been going here since moving to Lafayette a year ago and I have never had anything but excellent service. It's a very reasonable price and timing is consistent. Just today I stopped by not realizing that they were closed for Memorial Day, but Mark the owner happened to be inside and he happily opened up and accepted my drop off of items with a warm welcome. That's the kind of genuine customer service this place is about. I love shopping small local businesses and this one is one of the best.
