Guests without a reservation can reserve and pay online or by using the fee drop box for cash/check. Sites 5-8 (pull-in or back-in) are suitable for wider, longer RVS and trailers that wish to use slide outs or awnings. Sites 9-14 (pull-through) are good for RVs, trailers, and pop ups with one slide out/awning.
A number of sites are tents only (Sites C, G, I, K, M, N, and O) and are noted on the reservation website. Sites C, G, I, and K can only fit ONE car and ONE tent. NO REFUNDS for situations out of my control like wildfires, floods, earthquakes, global disease, natural disasters, etc. but dates can be changed free of charge.

No interaction with manager - no answer when I knocked on the door. Strange. No answers to questions sent a month in advance of my visit. Insist that you book online instead of at the campground. Added taxes and fees to my total (listed on website - not at campground) and they want your banking info submitted on an unsecured connection/website.. not allowed to pay through PayPal. I don't know if the views were nice or not through the haze of smoke from multiple fires all over the State of Alaska. Not a good experience all around. Lots of room for improvement.
On a positive note, there was hand
