The office and staff are very nice, just a good vibe from the moment you walk in. I came in for a very painful herniated disc.... Dr. Allie is extremely knowledgeable and had me diagnosed, adjusted and feeling waaaaay better in a just a couple of days! She also gave me some solid exercises for some preventative maintenance moving forward. Just an all around great experience and I highly recommend.

Allie is the best! She is easy to work with and schedule to get you in whenever you are feeling down in the dumps. Very knowledgeable and is very thorough in everything she does. Gentle but also gets the job done. I would recommend her to everyone and if you aren’t seeing her you are missing out on the best chiropractor in the burbs!! She is the best.

Snap, Crackle, Pop!
When this Minneapolis girl found herself smack-dab in the middle of the suburbs I knew I need to find a few things to survive. 1st - the nearest wine shop, 2nd - a good coffee house and 3rd - a good chiropractor. Lucky me I found all three.
I really enjoy Dr. Allie's approach to care, each visit with her is different and effective to manage my back and headache pain.
The office is nice and open, the staff is welcoming and fun to talk to. Kids are welcome. I am happy I found Renew Spine.

I don’t usually leave reviews even good ones. But I have been suffering from migraines and intense pain in my neck and back for YEARS. I’m super active and have a ton of joint pain too. I’ve tried medication, injections, botox, PT and other chiro care. I started seeing Dr Allie maybe two months ago and had this gut feeling to just jump in and see her twice a week. My migraine days have gone from 4-5 days a week to 1-2, and my joints, hips, knees RARELY ever ache anymore. My body feels like a different body! Don’t get me wrong sometimes I’m really sore after adjustments which can be discouraging

Your best ability is availability! As a former Division 1 athlete, Allie was more than willing to help put my body in the best position possible heading into spring competition. From the smallest of adjustments to major resets, I knew I would always leave Allie's office feeling at my best! Her willingness to get her clients back on the playing surface/feeling their best is incredible and cannot be matched elsewhere.
