The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment right away. Dr Kelly made sure my hearing aids were in tiptop shape and my next appointment is already set up. Kelly Betz has been licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in the state of Florida for several years and was involved with hearing care and protection long before moving to Florida from Illinois. He loves his work and this is abundantly clear to his patients. Everyone who walks through the door will be greeted kindly and offered any help they may need.

The check-in was friendly and comfortable. Dr. Kelly was professional and kind . My partner went with me for this first visit and Dr. was treating us as a team in this process. Dr. Kelly exactly explain to me the next step which I have to take. It was really great experience especially that we do not know what we could have expected. Kelly and Sherry deserve 10 stars! My uncle has had hearing issues for over 25 years. Communicating with him has been almost impossible. Kelly spent so much time with us getting the right hearing aids for him. I've worked in healthcare for 30 years and I've never met people who care so much for their patients. My uncle said this is the best he has heard for as long as he can remember. I can communicate with him and his healthcare providers can communicate with him! I purchased these AUDIBEL hearing aids from Kelly Betz a few years back from him when he had an Office in Middleburg, FL on 220. He was smooth talking Salesman! He convenience me into buying these ,for I was having a hard time with my hearing then and now. I paid $5000.00 for the both of them. He said normally they sale for $7500.00. I bought them thinking I was be treated fairly! With a short time I was having problems with them (hearing aids) I took them in for service and waited until they were returned. To make a long story short, I continued too have problems with them for two years until

This is a nice, clean and well organized place of business. Customer relations is outstanding. Once you walk inside you are greeted as a member of the family and not just another patient. Every time I needed servicing of my device I am always promptly accommodated no matter how busy their schedule is. That's what I call excellent service. For a fine and friendly customer relationships I highly recommend this place. The best place to get hearing aids! If you want honesty and excellent service, then this is the place for you. Sherry and Kelly are an awesome team.
I have had a hearing impairment all of my life that has progressed to a severe hearing impairment. I have gone to many audiologist over the years and I can say Kelly is the best! He really knows his profession well and works hard for you.
