This weekend, I have an event scheduled at a public place. They were kind and courteous on the phone to schedule the delivery. When there was a blip in communication, they were quick to make things right. Marciello was my delivery guy. He was prompt, courteous, and had the porto potties placed exactly where I needed them. When it was discovered that two of the porto potties didn’t have an ability to have a padlock placed on them (the event is on Sunday, and we needed to lock them until then), the dispatcher listened to my worries, and had Marciello come back promptly to rectify the issue. Dan and Bo came to my home for a septic inspection and pump out of my tanks. I had just purchased a home that had been unoccupied for 18+ months. They were very professional and when they found roots growing inside the first tank they found a way to get everything removed and cleaned out. Dan explained how the system worked and walked the drain field with me to as well. Highly recommend these two individuals and the company. Clean Delaware assisted me with pumping my septic that was causing me difficulties in my house. They sent their employee, Jose, the same day that I called. He pumped my system, showed me several things that I was not aware of about the system which, gives me a much clearer idea as to how my system works. Septic system service is always excellent. Over the years, customer service has been prompt, very polite, careful with gate closures, pets and cleanliness. Mr. Stout, Ted, and other wonderful technicians, have always done excellent work. Prices have remained consistent over the years. I recommend Clean Delaware, for quality septic management service.
