This company which I never heard of until this morning took $1000 out of my savings account under the name of another person. Clearly they are sloppy with documentation and I imagine this holds true for all their work.

I have contacted customer service but there has been no response.

I was really set back on the price quoted to replace a bath tub to walk in shower. Other quotes with equally if not better products and solutions were a third of the price. Very high pressure sales so don't fall for it. Don't let them force you to make a decision after the sales pitch.

Where do I begin? We needed windows replaced on our house to the tune of almost 30k. They delayed the project by a month until we complained. Then they bumped it up to two weeks past the original date. The windows get installed and there's issues on half of the windows. Half of them were installed incorrectly. We had them come out to look at them and they refuse to fix said issues. Now they don't return calls or answer the phone. Two weeks later and there's no resolution and our windows are garbage. Tundraland installed a new shower for us. The floor is spongy and raises/lowers 1-2 inches when it's stepped on. (We are not overweight people). The shower also dropped after installation and ripped clear off the ceiling all the way around. I called a service rep, and he said there were no issues... I've NEVER stepped on a shower floor that moves so much. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how poor of a job they did installing the shower. From all of the floor movement, the drain seal will break and ruin the ceiling below the shower. Stay away unless you want more issues

Just called this company to get a quote for bathroom remodel work and was told they would not do our work because we did not want our tub replaced. I moved back to wisconsin and have never heard reasons like this. They do not want to do the work unless you purchase everything to be done even if your tub has no issues.... sad business practice without even looking at the job. Could have waited to upsale me the tub based on looks. Never call their number again nor would i recomend to any of my friends and family.

First, why are the 5 star reviews from Illinois and Florida???? One even talks about 'local business' from Illinois but Tundraland is only located in upper WI! Are these reviews paid to post? The one from Florida was about spending the day with Tundraland- nothing about getting any work done by the company! READ the reviews carefully! The LOCAL reviews are often negative- My husband and I had the same negative experience! Pushy sales people in the community and at our house at the time of getting a free estimate. They don't return your phone calls which means they don't stand behind their warranty. Their very expensive windows still leak and cause condensation and ice. The installation of our windows was done in a rush and the trim cuts are jagged and splintered. They tried to cover it up with some caulk and paint but it's amateur work at best. I saw it during the installation but the installers looked like they would happily return to murder my family, tattoos on their necks and all. Stay away from this company.

Tundraland is an amazing company. My in-laws had a contract with them and both got sick and we're no longer able to stay in their home. Tundraland refunded their whole down payment. They even called later to see how they were doing. They are an excellent example of a business.

I have a small bathroom and wanted an estimate for remodel -$10k for a shower only. Didn't include flooring or anything else. Are you kidding? Did the entire bathroom for $6k. Thanks but no thanks. Also, no follow up from original meeting.

Update now that window installation is completed.

It took them 2 whole months to finally get around to installing our bathroom window. I am left with a mediocre taste in my mouth. Not only did we have to be extremely proactive with scheduling this by calling numerous times the product was not as described. At no point in the buying or scheduling process were we told this window would be smaller than the current window and would be nestled inside the frame of the old window. My husband is not happy with the final product because now he has to do more work replacing all of the trim. Based off of
