Just had a technician come out for our warranty service. Mr. Wesley was very professional, prompt and courteous. My tank and a few lines were in bad shape and he took care of it by replacing them with new parts. He offered an algae prevention/treatment for my system and was in and out in no time at all. I not only recommend the services provided but whole heartedly endorse the gentleman that provided the services. Thanks for making my water (system) fresh and clean again sir.

My sweet niece blessed me and my family with a new RO alkaline filter system when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. She had it installed on my kitchen sink. Immediately we noticed the difference especially with our drinking water and iced tea. Everything tasted so my better and fresher. It even helped to reduce my heart burn somehow. We love cooking with it as well. Almost 3 years later I am cancer free and still have & use our reverse osmosis system. The only maintenance it needs is to change out the filters about every 6 months. We have saved so much money and drastically reduced waste

Originally sold to my wife and I when we bought our new home in 2009 under the name of GE it has since become Green Water Technologies. Our water system was serviced by GWT and now they're saying they have no records of our model or purchase. There associate stated they will not service our water system without records. We spent thousands on the model and hundreds in services over the past 9 1/2 yrs, and I cannot recommend dealings with Green Water or any other affiliated distributors.
