I did extensive research on vinyl replacement windows. This was to replace our builders grade aluminum windows at 17 years. The got hard to open or close, seals leaking and some fogging between the double panes. I talked with four window companies, then decided to go with the Sunrise Windows from Grand View Window and Door. I found Gary Rollins to be very knowledgeable, professional and straight forward. The Sunrise Windows ticked all the boxes for us, and the order was placed. The delivery was timely, especially considering the Covid pandemic and its effect on business. They are now installed

My family highly recommends Grand View, and they are the only window supplier my family will use. We had a very complicated, personalized, and specific order for an out-of-state house and Grand View made all of the necessary accommodations to address our every need. I purchased two storm doors from this business ten years ago and paid over $1,000 for the pair. Now, one of the windows in the door needs a new slide bolt. Tried several times to reach Gary Rollins, left messages and calls were not returned. Finally spoke to Gary and he seemed reluctant to service the door. He asked me to send photos of the broken part. Two weeks later, no response from my email, calls still not being returned. They sell nice doors, but don’t expect them to service the doors once they’re installed. Choose a different company.
